Product Introduction
Changfa's newly developed multi cylinder diesel engine for ships is specially designed for maritime shipping, fishing, and aquaculture, with strong overall power and durability. The product has a horsepower coverage of 170 horsepower, complete configuration, and easy installation. The whole machine is treated with warship grade anti-corrosion, thickened water chamber of the body, made of genuine materials, and guaranteed for safe use.
Advanced technology and strong power
1. Adopting high-performance turbocharging technology and new combustion matching technology, it has strong power, higher operating speed under common conditions, and faster sailing speed. At various speeds, the power reserve can reach up to 30%, fully meeting the power requirements for propeller operation.
2. The idle speed control of the engine is 600r/min, and the rated power is between 2200-2400r/min, which meets the speed requirements of marine propeller engines. Hanging gears naturally reduces the workload of fishermen.
3. We have adopted well-known domestic fuel system manufacturers to ensure more thorough combustion of the engine.
Complete specialized configurations for sea vessels
1. The product design covers 35-170 horsepower and is equipped with a complete set of seawater and freshwater heat exchangers, marine mounting brackets, instrument panel assemblies, radiators, mufflers, and air filters.
2. The whole machine has undergone anti-corrosion treatment at the level of a warship, with thickened water chambers, air filters (for turbocharged intercooled models), water plugs, and bolts made of stainless steel materials for durability.
Reliable and durable structure
1. The newly developed 4108 series products feature a multi wedge belt and dual balance shaft design, resulting in lower vibration and noise levels, and a more compact engine appearance.
2. The key components have been analyzed by computer CAE, and the structure and stress of the components are more reasonable, and have passed rigorous durability assessment tests. The cooling flow field has been analyzed by computational fluid dynamics CFD, and the cooling of each cylinder is more uniform and the performance is more stable.
Ultra low emission economy and environmental protection
Adopting imported P-type fuel injectors, with high opening pressure, uniform atomization, sufficient combustion, long service life, effectively reducing emissions and fuel consumption.
Fast start-up and strong adaptability
Fast start-up, using high-quality domestic air heaters and high-power deceleration starting motors to meet the requirements of use in cold regions. Fast acceleration, the time required to reach the calibration speed after idle loading is less than 3 seconds.
